The town of Youngsville is located just north of Wake Forest in Franklin County. It has a population of 12,553 and is projected to grow 16% in the next give years. The area’s newest-semi private golf course, Olde Liberty, opened in 2008 and offers some of the most scenic views in the Triangle. Six residential neighborhoods are being built in the golf community and four more are planned. Prices range from the mid 200s to $1 million.
